Tracking Executive

Job Description

1. **Operating Hours:** Our operational hours are Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All incoming communications must be addressed promptly.

2. **Driver Support:** This position entails providing proactive support to resolve any challenges drivers may encounter during their routes.

3. **Work Platform:** All tasks are to be executed and meticulously documented within the designated Google Sheets platform, which is subject to continuous review by senior management. Consistent adherence to this platform is mandatory.

4. **Training Program:** A comprehensive three-day training program is provided. Compensation for this training period will be disbursed exclusively upon successful selection for the role.

5. Office hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

6. A company-issued SIM card will be provided; the use of personal SIM cards for business-related communications is strictly prohibited.

7. Exceptional communication skills are a fundamental prerequisite for this role.

8. The salary range for candidates without prior experience is 15,000 to 20,000.

9. Experienced candidates will be offered a salary of 20,000 and above.
