Job Title

Unit Manager – Agency Channel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and build a team of Life Insurance Advisors (agents).
  • Train, coach, and motivate advisors on products, sales techniques, and company processes.
  • Help advisors generate leads, meet prospects, and close sales.
  • Drive monthly and annual business targets through the agency team.
  • Monitor advisor productivity and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Accompany advisors on customer meetings (field work) when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with advisors and customers.
  • Support policy servicing and resolve customer concerns when necessary.
