Job Description
Inventory Management: Conduct physical stock counts, reconcile data in the system, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Receipts & Dispatches: Supervise the unloading of inbound deliveries and the accurate packing/dispatch of outbound orders to meet client deadlines.
Staff Supervision: Assign daily tasks, schedule shifts, and assist in training warehouse workers.
System Operations: Update digital records, generate operational performance reports, and input data into ERP or WMS systems.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace health, safety, and security protocols, and ensure the facility is compliant with regulatory standards.
