Hub Manager

*Hub Head | Visakhapatnam*

*Role:* Responsible for overseeing end-to-end hub operations, driving sales performance, process efficiency, and team management to ensure business growth.

*What the Hub Head will drive:*

- Lead the retail function for your territory, focusing on P&L achievement, strategic planning, & territorial growth.

- Establish and manage retail processes, oversee team performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Plan and execute customer acquisition strategies, manage partner alliances, and drive sales growth within your territory.

- Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team while implementing performance plans to meet business objectives.

- Deliver growth and profitability in line with the company's business plan through effective sales strategies and operational excellence.

*Who are we looking for:*

- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced retail environment with hands-on on-ground sales exposure.

- Proven ability in process re-engineering and driving operational efficiency.

- Strong understanding of both hunting and farming sales techniques.

- Excellent communication, people management, and interpersonal skills with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
