### Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare and process invoices, bills, and purchase orders accurately.

* Maintain billing records and ensure timely documentation.

* Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding billing queries.

* Handle production-related documentation and update production records.

* Monitor production schedules and coordinate with the production team for smooth workflow.

* Maintain inventory and stock records as required.

* Prepare daily and monthly reports related to billing and production.

* Ensure accuracy of data and compliance with company procedures.

### Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 0–3 years of experience in billing, production coordination, or a similar role.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software (Tally/ERP knowledge is an added advantage).

* Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
