Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Handling end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing joining formalities.
  • Employee Relations: Acting as the point of contact for employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and organizing employee engagement activities.
  • HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, updating HRMS databases, and preparing documentation.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Supporting payroll processing, tracking attendance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws (e.g., PF, ESIC).
  • Performance Management: Assisting with performance appraisal processes, setting goals, and conducting exit interviews. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in HR roles or a degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for mediating disputes and employee counseling.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail for managing confidential data
