Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Routine Cleaning: Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors throughout the office. [1, 2]
  • Surface Care: Dust office desks, chairs, shelves, window sills, and blinds. Wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas like light switches and door handles.
  • Restrooms: Deep clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
  • Kitchen/Breakroom: Clean countertops, sinks, tables, and kitchen appliances (microwave, refrigerator, etc.). Wash and store dishes or cutlery as needed.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and dispose of garbage in designated areas.
  • Inventory & Maintenance: Track cleaning supply levels and notify the facility or office manager to order new products. Report any maintenance issues or broken fixtures.
