Job Description
Role:
- Supervise daily factory-floor production
- Handle operators and labour
- Check production quality during running process
- Control rejection, wastage and rework
- Coordinate with QC/lab and dispatch team
Candidate must have:
- Experience in wire/cable manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of extrusion, laying, armouring and sheathing
- Basic checking of conductor, OD, insulation/sheath thickness, spark test and visual defects
- Practical floor experience, not only office/planning experience

Experience: 3–10 years preferred
Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on capability
Location: Sonipat/Kundli side
Joining: Immediate preferred
