Job Description
About Us Detailing Devils — India's leading premium car detailing franchise — is launching its first studio in Gandhidham this month. We offer PPF (Paint Protection Film), ceramic coating, and professional car detailing at a world-class facility. We are looking for a sharp, confident manager to run our day-to-day operations and help build Kutch's most trusted car care brand.
What You'll Do
- Manage a team of 6–8 detailing professionals on the floor
- Handle walk-in customers, inquiries, and high-ticket consultations (PPF / ceramic coating packages)
- Follow up on leads via phone and WhatsApp with speed and professionalism
- Maintain daily job logs, track revenue targets, and report to the owner
- Ensure quality standards and customer experience are maintained at every job
- Coordinate with the marketing team on bookings and scheduling
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in team handling (car showroom, retail, service industry preferred)
- Confident communicator — Hindi and Gujarati fluent, basic English a plus
- Sales instinct: ability to explain premium services and close bookings without being pushy
- Locally based in Gandhidham / Adipur / Anjar
- Honest, punctual, and ownership-minded — someone who runs the floor like it's their own business
What We Offer
- ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 fixed (based on experience)
- ₹2,000–3,000 incentive per PPF job closed
- ₹500–1,000 incentive per ceramic coating booking
