We are seeking a Service Manager to lead city-level after‑sales operations for Ather electric vehicles. You will manage service centres and field teams, ensure timely and high‑quality repairs, drive KPIs , control parts inventory and costs, and resolve technical escalations. The role requires strong people leadership, hands‑on EV/mechatronics troubleshooting, experience in multi‑workshop operations, and a customer‑first mindset. Reports to the Regional Service Head.
