Accountant

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, banking,

financial reporting, and import-export compliance. The candidate will ensure accurate financial records and support

the company's financial operations while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations

 Maintain day-to-day accounting records and journal entries.

 Prepare bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.

 Maintain fixed asset register, petty cash management, and cash flow monitoring.

• GST & Statutory Taxation

 Handle GST return filings including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

 Perform Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation.

 Manage TDS deduction, TDS return filing, and Professional Tax compliance.

• Import / Export Compliance

 Manage import and export documentation, Letter of Credit (LC), and customs documentation.

 Handle IEC-related compliance, DGFT coordination, and foreign remittance documentation.

• Financial Reporting & Banking

 Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, Cash Flow reports, and support Balance Sheet

preparation.

 Conduct budget analysis and cost analysis.

 Manage online banking (RTGS/NEFT), vendor payments, bank documentation, and payroll support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Software Expertise: Tally Prime (Mandatory), Advanced MS Excel, ERP Software.

 Taxation & Compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, Import-Export Documentation, Statutory Compliance.

 Financial Acumen: Financial Reporting, Cost Accounting, Banking Operations, Ledger Reconciliation.

 Qualification & Exp.: 3–10 Years Experience. Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter (Preferred).
