Area Manager

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets/branches within a specific region. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise daily operations of multiple outlets
• Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets
• Hire, train, and guide store managers and staff
• Ensure excellent customer service across all locations
• Maintain brand standards, hygiene, and quality control
• Handle inventory, stock management, and vendor coordination
• Analyze reports and implement strategies to improve performance
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
• Conduct regular visits to all outlets
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience in retail / F&B / multi-unit management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
