About the Role

We are hiring US Recruiters for our Gandhinagar office to work in Night Shift.

This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals who are interested in building or growing their career in US staffing and recruitment. Training and process guidance will be provided based on experience level.

Key Responsibilities

·      Work on US IT recruitment requirements

·      Source and manage IT candidate profiles

·      Use job portals and professional platforms

·      Coordinate recruitment activities with internal teams

·      Maintain candidate data and recruitment follow-ups

Eligibility

·      Graduation in any stream

·      0–3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing (freshers can apply)

·      Good communication skills

·      Comfortable working in US night shift

·      Willing to work from office (Gandhinagar, Gujarat)
