Client servicing-KYC-GIFT Branch-WBG HO / IPO / CIP-GIFT City
Gift City Branch- Client Servicing - KYC
PortfolioHandling client’s query and service request in Gift City for all their service requirements related to On boarding of client and account maintenance Documentation- Preparing / sharing check list and KYC related requirement to client for opening current account / CRN / RMs including account maintenance , TD booking any other service request
- Primary level checking of the documents for onboarding of clients, account maintenance, TD booking etc
- Interact with Relationship teams, Clients, other internal teams t for smooth servicing of client’s request
- Handling account maintenance request for change of signatories etc
- Monitoring and ensuring Re KYC, enhanced due diligence
Tracking of documents for receipt of original ; deferral; expiry etc
Preparing MIS as per Internal and Regulatory requirements.
Client servicing Generating of statement, advises and share the same with client basis client request Liaison With clients, Relationship team, Legal; Credit; Operations etc for timely and smooth execution of deliverables and resolution of issues- Graduate/MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Good Communication skills both written and oral.
- Familiar with Finacle, Kraman will be an added advantage
- Ability to Influence/relationship Management Skills.
- Strong communication Skill.
- Eye For detail and Focus of First Time right
- Team Player
