Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide a professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, purity, and making charges.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showcase presentation.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/card transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Support store promotions, offers, and marketing activities.
- Ensure the security and proper handling of jewellery items.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (Jewellery industry experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently.
- Local language and English/Hindi communication skills.
