You will interact with customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing timely assistance and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience: 

• 3+ Years

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role
2. Fluent English communication is mandatory (verbal and written)
3. Ability to handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally
4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and customers
6. Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience interacting with domestic and international customers
2. Basic knowledge of CRM or support management tools
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
