Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective patients from the provided database.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Explain the clinic's dental treatments, services, offers, and appointment process.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments with the respective clinic.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and update the CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
- Coordinate with clinic teams regarding appointment schedules and patient feedback.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Ensure a positive patient experience through courteous and professional communication.
