Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads & Lead Generation)
Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar (Work From Office)
Experience: 3+ Years
We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently handle Meta Ads, lead generation, landing pages, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
This is not a basic social media posting role. We are looking for someone with hands-on execution experience in performance marketing and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create and optimize landing pages
- Set up Pixel, Conversion Tracking & Lookalike Audiences
- Generate quality leads and improve ROI
- Handle funnel optimization and A/B testing
- Work with forms, CRM, WhatsApp integrations, and automation workflows
- Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS)
- Coordinate with the design/content team for campaign execution
Required Skills:
- Meta Ads / Paid Ads
- Lead Generation
- Landing Pages / WordPress
- Pixel & Conversion Tracking
- Funnel Optimization
- Analytics & Performance Marketing
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
