PCB Design Engineer

We are hiring a PCB Design Engineer for our electronics and drone product development team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design PCB layouts for electronics products and embedded hardware systems

- Perform component placement, routing, and board optimization based on electrical and practical design requirements

- Understand schematics and convert them into production-ready PCB layouts

- Support component selection based on design requirements, availability, and application

- Work on multilayer PCB designs, power routing, signal routing, grounding, and overall layout quality

- Coordinate with the electronics, firmware, and mechanical teams for complete product development

- Review and improve existing PCB designs for performance, manufacturability, and reliability

- Generate design files and documentation required for PCB manufacturing and assembly

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of PCB design, PCB layout, and routing

- Good understanding of electronics basics and circuit behavior

- Ability to understand schematics and implement them properly in PCB layout

- Knowledge of component packages, footprints, and placement practices

- Basic knowledge of power design, grounding, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC good practices

- Experience with practical board-level problem solving

- Ability to prepare manufacturing-ready PCB output files

Software Knowledge Required:

- Candidate should know Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA, or similar PCB design software

- Ability to work on schematic-to-PCB flow is required

Preferred:

- Experience in drone electronics, embedded systems, communication hardware, RF-related boards, or similar hardware products

- Understanding of prototype bring-up and design improvement process

- Ability to work on real product development, not only academic projects
