About the Role

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who can create impactful visual designs across digital marketing channels. Along with strong graphic design skills, the ideal candidate should also be comfortable creating and editing marketing videos, reels and graphics for social media and advertising campaigns.

This role offers an opportunity to work on branding, digital marketing creatives, video content and AI-powered design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media creatives (Organic & Paid), banners, display ads, carousels, brochures, presentations, logos, brand assets and marketing collaterals.
• Edit and create engaging marketing videos, reels, shorts, product videos and basic motion graphics for social media and performance campaigns.
• Create image edits, retouching, manipulation and AI-assisted creative assets whenever required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver creatives that improve engagement and conversions.
• Maintain consistency across brand identity and visual communication.
• Utilize AI tools to improve design quality, creativity, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, video editing techniques and AI tools.

Required Skills

• Strong Graphic Design skills with a good understanding of Typography, Color Theory, Layout Design, Branding and Visual Communication.
• Good working knowledge of Video Editing, Reels, Shorts and basic Motion Graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva and CapCut (DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo AI, Ideogram, Kling, 0 or similar.
• Understanding of social media creatives, paid advertising and digital marketing design requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects with strong attention to detail and time management.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of performance marketing creatives.

Preferred Candidate

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer.
• Experience in a Marketing Agency, Digital Agency or Performance Marketing environment is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design projects along with selected video editing or graphic work.
• Passion for learning new design trends and AI-powered creative tools.
