Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

 Install, test, commission, and maintain Solar PV systems.

 Diagnose electrical and technical faults at customer sites.

 Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.

 Attend service calls and resolve customer complaints within the required timeline.

 Inspect inverters, panels, cables, and other electrical components.

 Prepare daily service reports and maintain service records.

 Coordinate with the Project and Technical teams for issue resolution.

 Follow all electrical safety standards and company SOPs.

 Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.

Required Skills

 Basic knowledge of Electrical Systems and Solar PV.

 Troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

 Good communication and customer handling skills.

 Ability to read basic electrical drawings (preferred).

 MS Office (Basic) for reporting.

 Willingness to travel across Gujarat.

 Positive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving ability.

Eligibility

 Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI Electrician.

 Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.

 Experienced candidates in Solar, Electrical, or Service Engineering will be preferred.

 Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence will be an added advantage.
