Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Solutions:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Act as a key point of contact for all customer technical and commercial needs.
- Field Visits:
- Minimum 15 days of travel per month to visit customers, provide technical support, and promote product sales.
- Prepare visit reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Product Training & Demonstration:
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to customers and channel partners.
2. Market Feedback & Reporting:
o Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to the management.
o Submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports.
