Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support & Solutions:
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
  1. Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Act as a key point of contact for all customer technical and commercial needs.
  1. Field Visits:
  • Minimum 15 days of travel per month to visit customers, provide technical support, and promote product sales.
  • Prepare visit reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
  1. Product Training & Demonstration:
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to customers and channel partners.

2.     Market Feedback & Reporting:

o   Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to the management.

o   Submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports.
