Telecaller

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on pending leads.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing.
• Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
