Job Description
Job Title: Steward / Waiter
Company: The Belgian Waffle Co.
Job Summary:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience while following company SOPs and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Take and serve orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and tables.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier for timely service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer queries courteously.
- Support opening and closing café operations.
Requirements:
- 10th/12th pass or Hospitality Diploma (preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
