Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Hyderabad.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Position: Executive Chef
💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month + Variable Incentive (Based on relevant experience and last drawn salary.)
Eligibility:
• Currently working as a CDP / Senior CDP / Executive Chef / Outlet Chef / Head Chef
• 6–10 years of experience in Hospitality / Casual Dining / Restaurant Operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in handling high-volume kitchen operations
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end Kitchen Operations Management
• Strong knowledge of Food Costing and cost control
• Kitchen Management and operational excellence
• Team hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
• Inventory & Store Management
• Food Wastage Control and yield optimization
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
• Drive kitchen productivity and guest satisfaction
