Job Title: Key Account Executive (KAE)
Location: Hajipur

Job Responsibilities:
- Pitch and explain Airtel Salary Account products to potential customers.
- Convince customers and convert leads into successful account openings.
- Drive Airtel Salary Account acquisition and Debit Card sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct field visits to corporate offices and customer locations.
- Achieve monthly sales and account opening targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 0–4 Years in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Customer Acquisition
- Age: 18–35 Years
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Customer-focused approach
Mandatory Requirements:
- Own Bike
- Valid Driving License (DL)
Preferred Skills:
- Sales and marketing aptitude
- Relationship management skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in the field
