Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop 3D models and renderings of architectural designs
• Create visually appealing and accurate representations of buildings and interior spaces using CAD software and other 3D modeling tools
• Ensure that all designs adhere to project specifications and architectural guidelines
• Update and modify existing 3D models based on feedback and direction from clients and team members
• Provide support in the preparation of presentations and proposals by incorporating 3D visualizations
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling and design techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a 3D Designer.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, as well as 3D modeling tools, such as 3ds Max or Rhino
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in 3D modeling
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with architects and other team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in 3D design and visualizations
