Job Title: Accountant

Experience Required: 3 – 6 Years

Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualification :- B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Accounting Qualification

Summary :-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant who will manage daily financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:-

Accounting & Bookkeeping

* Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Expense, Journal)

* Manage books of accounts in Tally / accounting software

* Bank reconciliation and ledger verification

GST & Compliance :-

* Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

* Maintain GST records and invoices

* Ensure compliance with GST laws

PF / ESI / Payroll :-

* Handle PF & ESI calculations and filings

* Support payroll processing and salary records

* Maintain employee financial records

Financial Reporting :-

* Prepare monthly reports (Profit & Loss, Expense Reports)

* Assist in audit preparation

* Maintain proper documentation for all transactions

Taxation & Compliance :-

* Assist in TDS calculation and filing

* Maintain statutory compliance records

* Coordinate with CA when required

Required Skills :-

* Strong knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software

* Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI

* MS Excel knowledge (basic formulas, data handling)

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Good communication and coordination skills.
