Job Description
Job Description – Accountant (Automobile Sector)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records using Tally Prime.
- Handle Sales & Purchase entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and accounting reports.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Sales & Purchase Accounting, and day-to-day accounting processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
