Job Description

Job Title: Accountant Cum Office Assistant


Locations:

  • Chandni Chowk, Delhi
  • Sector 18, Noida


About the Role

We are hiring an Accountant Cum Office Assistant to manage both accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling bookkeeping, invoice management, Tally entries, documentation, office coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities.

This role is suitable for commerce graduates, accounting professionals, or candidates with administrative experience who are looking to build a long-term career in a professional corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily bookkeeping and financial records using Tally ERP/Prime.
  • Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
  • Process and organize vendor invoices and company bills.
  • Support GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance documentation.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparing expense reports and financial summaries.
  • Maintain financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Office Administration ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and administrative inventory.
  • Coordinate courier dispatches and incoming correspondence.
  • Handle visitor management and front-office support.
  • Assist with data entry, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Support branch operations and coordinate with internal teams.


Requirements:

  • Graduate (B.Com preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Regular Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Month-End Closing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
