Accounts Executive / Senior Accountant (Manufacturing Industry)

About the Role

We are an Automobile Parts Manufacturing Company looking for an Accounts Executive / Senior Accountant to independently handle day-to-day accounting activities.

Responsibilities

• Tally entries for bank, cash, purchase and sales.

• GST, TDS and statutory working.

• Vendor payments and customer receivables.

• Debtor and creditor reconciliation.

• Bank reconciliation.

• Purchase invoice booking.

• Inventory accounting and BOM maintenance.

• Export invoices and packing lists.

• MIS reports and basic costing.

• Payroll support and attendance records.

• Job Work accounting.

• Coordination with CA and banks.

• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality.

Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in Manufacturing Accounts.

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.

• Working knowledge of GST and TDS.

• Inventory and BOM experience preferred.

• Basic Export Documentation knowledge.

• MS Excel knowledge.

• Honest and responsible attitude.

Additional Information
