Location: Mahalaxmi Metro Tower, 3rd Floor, 11/C2, Vaishali Sector 4, Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
🔹 Job Summary
Educaller Education Consultancy is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for calling students and parents, explaining our education consultancy services, generating leads, and scheduling counseling sessions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads
Explain courses, colleges, admission process, and consultancy services
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain records
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with counselors for appointments and admissions
🔹 Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling apps)
Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
10+2 or any graduate
Experience in education, telecalling, or sales is a plus
