Job Title: Chemical Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chemical Analyst to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical analysis, performing quality control tests, maintaining laboratory records, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

- Conduct routine laboratory testing using standard analytical methods.

- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for analysis.

- Record, analyze, and interpret test results accurately.

- Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration.

- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety regulations.

- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and laboratory reports.

- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and assist in root cause analysis.

- Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.

- Support quality assurance and production teams when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing laboratory. (Freshers with strong academic knowledge may also be considered.)

Required Skills

- Knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques.

- Familiarity with laboratory instruments such as pH meter, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, etc. (if applicable).

- Good understanding of quality control procedures.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good documentation and report-writing skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
