Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manpower Management: Create duty rosters, manage shift deployments, and handle on-site attendance tracking.
• Site Inspections: Conduct routine and surprise patrols to ensure security guards are punctual, in proper uniform, and alert.
• Client & Guest Relations: Address client complaints, maintain positive stakeholder relationships, and ensure hospitality standards are upheld.
• Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, disturbances, or breaches, and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
• Training & Development: Oversee basic training, grooming standards, and refresher courses for security staff.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed shift logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Typically 2+ to 5 years of security operations or law enforcement/ex-serviceman background.
• Skills: Strong manpower management, crisis resolution, and communication skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response procedures
