Job Title: Assistant Accountant (Hospital Accounts)

📍 Location: Ghaziabad

🕒 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

About the Role-

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Accountant for our hospital. The ideal candidate should not be someone who merely makes accounting entries, but a professional who takes ownership of tasks, follows them through to completion, and contributes to improving systems and processes.

• Educational Qualifications & ExperienceB.Com / M.Com
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and the Double Entry System
• Proficiency in Tally Prime (Latest Version) and MS Excel
• Experience in:
• Bank Reconciliation
• Cash Verification
• Payment Reconciliation
• Voucher Verification and Checking
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Ability to draft letters and handle office correspondence
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI tools for workplace productivity
• Good command of Hindi and working knowledge of English
• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions
• Perform bank, payment, and cash reconciliations
• Verify vouchers, bills, and supporting documents
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance-related activities
• Coordinate with departments and vendors for accounting-related matters
• Prepare reports and maintain financial documentation
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks through regular follow-up
• Identify discrepancies, suggest improvements, and support process enhancement initiatives
