Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment such as displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, cameras, and control systems.
- Support video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex.
- Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and firmware/software updates on AV devices.
- Coordinate with IT and network teams to resolve AV-related issues.
- Respond to service requests and document incidents using a ticketing system.
- Ensure meeting rooms are operational before scheduled events.
