Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Baker with at least 2 years of experience to prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in baking techniques, ingredient handling, and maintaining quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


Prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, cakes, cookies, and pastries

Measure and mix ingredients accurately following recipes

Operate baking equipment like ovens, mixers, and proofers

Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all items

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

Monitor stock levels and inform management about ingredient requirements

Follow food safety guidelines and company standards

Experiment with new recipes and improve existing ones (optional)
