Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Attend to walk-in customers and assist with sales.
- Handle billing and operate the POS system.
- Maintain stock, product displays, and shop cleanliness.
- Pack customer orders and coordinate with the delivery team.
- Write customer names and short messages on cakes using cream piping and be able to fix the cake if any damage is done to the cake,
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- 0–3 years of experience in a bakery, retail store, or customer service role. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and laptop usage.
- Write customer names and short messages on cakes using cream piping and be able to fix the cake if any damage is done to the cake,
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
