We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GABA Software and be proficient in preparing invoices, delivery challans, and maintaining billing records accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate customer invoices using GABA Software.
• Create and manage delivery challans.
• Ensure accurate billing as per purchase orders and dispatch details.
• Maintain billing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Sales teams for smooth billing operations.
• Verify quantities, rates, GST, and other billing details before invoice generation.
• Handle billing-related queries and maintain proper records for audits.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience working with GABA Software is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of invoice and challan preparation.
• Basic understanding of GST and billing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
