Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business for Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Customs Clearance services.
  • Identify and develop new customers through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Requirements1–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Sales.
  • Good understanding of international shipping, import/export, and Incoterms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
  • PreferredExisting customer base in Delhi NCR will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Air Freight and Sea Freight sales.
