💼 Role: Business Development Executive / Manager

⏳ Experience:2+ Years (Staff Augmentation / IT Staffing)

💰 Salary:₹30,000/month + Attractive Incentives + TA

🔥 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT staffing & recruitment services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners

• Drive lead generation via LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and referrals

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery

• Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closure

• Conduct market research and track industry trends & competitor activities

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms

• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and performance reports

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction

• Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
