Job Description
We are looking for a smart, ambitious and highly driven Business Development professional for a high-ownership generalist role working closely with management in a growing creative business.
This is not a routine sales executive or telecalling role.
The role combines business development, client relationships, partnerships, outreach, growth initiatives, team building and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with clients, agencies, institutions and partners
- Handle outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings
- Manage enquiries, follow-ups and client relationships
- Research new markets and growth opportunities
- Build and manage CRM pipelines and databases
- Create proposals, presentations and outreach campaigns
- Recruit, train and manage interns/junior team members when required
- Coordinate website, Google presence and other digital growth initiatives
- Build simple workflows, SOPs and reporting systems
- Work closely with management to turn new ideas into execution and revenue

- Strong ownership and independent problem-solving ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong commercial mindset and follow-up ability
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Able to learn CRM and new software independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Experience2–5 years in one or more of:
- Business Development
- Client Relationship Management
- Partnerships
- Account Management
- Sales & Marketing
- Growth / Startup roles
- Founder’s Office
- Media, Creative, Fashion, Education, Hospitality or Real Estate
Compensation:
₹20,000–₹30,000 fixed monthly salary + High performance-linked incentives
