Position: Skin Clinic & Physician OPD/IPD Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate to support our Skin Clinic and Physician Department. The candidate will assist doctors in OPD and day-care/IPD services, help manage patients, prepare treatment rooms, and support skin and aesthetic procedures. Candidates with relevant experience in a skin clinic will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the dermatologist and physician during OPD consultations.

- Handle patient registration, appointments, and follow-ups.

- Prepare patients for consultations and procedures.

- Assist with HydraFacial and other skin/aesthetic procedures after receiving clinic training and under the doctor's supervision, as applicable.

- Assist in physician day-care/IPD patient management.

- Check and record patient vital signs (if trained).

- Maintain patient records and treatment documentation.

- Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control in treatment areas.

- Manage medical consumables and equipment.

- Provide excellent patient care and coordinate with the clinic team.

Qualification

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

- GNM, ANM, B.Sc. Nursing, or candidates with experience in a skin or aesthetic clinic will be preferred.

- Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

- Basic computer knowledge.

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
