Position- Continental Head Chef

Salary- ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in continental kitchen operations.

We are looking for a skilled Continental Head Chef who specializes in burgers, sandwiches, salads, pasta, fast food platters, and café-style continental dishes. The candidate will be responsible for handling complete kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth daily functioning of the kitchen.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage continental food items including burgers, sandwiches, salads, pasta, wraps, fries, and related café menu items.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Handle day-to-day kitchen operations efficiently.
• Manage kitchen inventory and stock usage.
• Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for raw material requirements.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff if required.
• Minimize wastage and maintain food cost control.
• Ensure timely order preparation during rush hours.
• Skills RequiredGood knowledge of continental café cuisine.
• Expertise in burgers, sandwiches, salads, sauces, and quick-service kitchen operations.
• Basic inventory and kitchen management knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team handling and coordination skills.
