Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Helper Cum Cook to support daily kitchen operations at Khowal’s Kitchen. The role involves preparing in-house food items like Thekua and other traditional snacks, assisting in cooking, and ensuring proper packaging and hygiene standards.
- Prepare and assist in making in-house food products (Thekua, snacks, etc.)
- Perform dough (atta) preparation with proper consistency
- Handle deep frying on low flame for quality output
- Maintain taste, texture, and uniformity in all batches
- Assist in cutting, mixing, and ingredient preparation
- Handle packing, sealing, and labelling of products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Support in daily production planning and bulk preparation
- Follow instructions from senior staff/owner carefully
