Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage existing dealer/distributor network and onboard new dealers

- Handle customer orders, follow-ups, and coordinate with production/logistics

- Maintain CRM database with customer details, orders, and payment tracking

- Resolve customer complaints related to delivery, quality, and billing

- Collect market feedback on pricing and competitor products

- Prepare daily/weekly sales and order reports


REQUIREMENTS:

- 2-5 years experience in Sales CRM, Inside Sales, or Dealer Management

- Experience in Manufacturing, Hardware, or Building Material industry preferred

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

- Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools
