Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-centric Renewal Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end policy and insurance renewal process, reaching out to existing customers, and ensuring high retention rates through excellent communication and assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Renewal Management: Track, manage, and execute upcoming policy and insurance renewals within deadlines.
  • Customer Outreach: Engage with existing clients via outbound calls and emails (Voice/Blended Process) to discuss their renewal options and benefits.
  • Assistance & Support: Provide comprehensive policy renewal assistance, resolving any customer queries or grievances regarding premium modifications or terms.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of renewed policies, pending renewals, and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Retention Targets: Achieve daily/monthly renewal and customer retention targets to support business growth.
  • Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a Domestic BPO, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sector is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Policy Renewals and Insurance Processes.
  • Communication: Good verbal communication skills (English and regional languages) with a persuasive attitude.
