Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle customer queries via email, phone calls, WhatsApp Business, and WhatsApp API.

Process customer requests related to exchanges, returns, refunds, and warranty claims.

Use Shopify to manage and track customer orders.

Coordinate with courier partners and work on shipping portals such as Delhivery and Blue Dart.

Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain records and prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel.


Requirements:


1-2 years of experience in customer support.

Hands-on experience with Shopify.

Experience using courier portals such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and API is an advantage.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and a customer-first attitude.
