• Walk-in customers ko attend karna aur cakes/flavours ke baare me guide karna

• Phone, WhatsApp aur online orders ko handle karna

• Cake packing aur order dispatch properly manage karna

• On-time delivery ensure karna aur payment collect karna

• Counter cleanliness maintain karna aur customers se feedback / review lena
