Job Description – Design Faculty
Sketch School of Art & Creativity (SSAC)
Role Overview
SSAC is looking for a passionate and creative Design Faculty member who can teach students effectively for Design Entrance Exams (NID, NIFT, UCEED) while also contributing to our digital education content through YouTube and social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, good communication skills, and confidence in front of the camera.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Mentorship
- Conduct online design aptitude classes for students preparing for design entrance exams.
- Guide students with assignments, projects, and creative development.
- Maintain an engaging and motivating classroom environment.
Content Creation
- Create educational and engaging YouTube content for SSAC channels.
- Plan video topics related to design, creativity, sketching, architecture/design entrance exams, and art education.
- Participate in video shoots, demonstrations, voiceovers, and creative discussions.
- Help simplify complex concepts into student-friendly content.
Creative Contribution
- Assist in developing study material, notes, worksheets, and creative exercises.
- Contribute innovative ideas for workshops, challenges, and online learning activities.
- Stay updated with current design trends and creative industry developments.
Requirements
- Background in Design / Architecture / Fine Arts
- Strong communication and teaching ability.
- Comfortable appearing in YouTube videos and educational content.
- Creative mindset with passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of NID / NIFT / UCEED preparation.
- Basic video presentation or content creation skills.
- Social media awareness and creative storytelling ability.
